Refund Policy

Anonymous eSIM wants you to travel with confidence. Because eSIMs are delivered digitally, the following applies.

Eligible for a refund

You may request a full refund if the eSIM has not been installed or activated and you bought the wrong plan, or if a technical fault on our side prevented delivery or installation and we cannot resolve it.

Not eligible

We generally cannot refund plans that have already been installed or activated, plans where the data allowance has been used, or issues caused by an incompatible or locked device. We recommend checking device compatibility before purchase.

Installed but won't connect?

If your eSIM installed correctly but won't connect after you arrive, reach us on 24/7 live chat right away, we'll help you get online in minutes. If we can't resolve it and the fault is on our side, we'll refund you.

How to request

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to post the credit.
