Will my phone work with an eSIM?

You need an eSIM-capable, carrier-unlocked phone. Most devices from 2018 onward qualify (iPhone XR/XS and newer, recent Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel). Dial *#06#, if you see an EID, you're good.

How do I receive my eSIM?

Right after payment we email you a QR code and step-by-step install instructions. Delivery is instant, usually within seconds.

When does my plan start?

Your validity period begins when the eSIM first connects to a mobile network at your destination, not when you buy it. Install before you travel and activate on arrival.

Can I keep my regular phone number?

Yes. The eSIM runs alongside your physical SIM, so you keep your number for calls and texts while using the eSIM for data abroad.

Do I get a phone number with the eSIM?

These are data-only plans, ideal for maps, messaging apps, email and browsing. You can still call and text over Wi-Fi/data apps like WhatsApp.

Does the eSIM support 5G?

Yes. Your plan connects to 5G wherever the local network and your phone support it, and to fast 4G/LTE everywhere else, your phone automatically selects the strongest available network, so you always stay connected.

Can I use a personal hotspot or tethering?

Yes. Personal hotspot (tethering) is supported, so you can share your data with a laptop, tablet, or a travel companion's phone.

What happens when my data runs out?

Your connection simply stops once the data or validity period ends. You can buy a new plan any time, no contracts and no auto-charges.

How do I get help if I need it?

Our live chat is open 24/7, tap the chat button in the bottom corner of any page and you'll usually get a reply within a minute, day or night. You can also email us. If your eSIM installs but won't connect after you arrive, start a chat straight away and we'll get you online, or refund you if the fault is on our side.

What payment methods do you accept?

Card payments (Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay / Google Pay where available) and cryptocurrency, including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT and many other coins, through our secure checkout.

Can I buy an eSIM with crypto?

Yes. Choose "Crypto" at checkout to pay with Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT or dozens of other cryptocurrencies. Your eSIM QR code is emailed automatically as soon as the payment confirms on-chain.

Do I need an account to buy an eSIM?

No. Checkout is guest-only, all we need is the email address where you want your eSIM QR code delivered. No sign-up, no app, no contract.

Can I get a refund?

If you haven't installed or activated the eSIM, contact us and we'll help. If it installed correctly but won't connect and the fault is on our side, we'll fix it or refund you. See our refund policy for details.
